AI video production

Made with AI. Doesn’t look like it.

Generative AI inside a real production, with script, art direction, illustration, animation and post-production, and blended with 3D, motion graphics or live action where needed: to go further or faster, not to make the same thing as everyone else.

In short

What is AI video production?

It’s making video by combining AI tools that generate images, footage or voices with the work of a team: script, art direction, illustration, animation and post-production. AI speeds up some parts, or makes them possible; people set the style, choose, correct and integrate the results so they live up to the brand.

The difference from using a tool on your own is creative direction: one consistent style from start to finish, true to your brand, and a finish that goes well beyond the first generation.

What AI brings to a production

Showing what doesn’t exist yet, without giving up on craft. One real project.

Picturing a future that doesn’t exist yet

For Decathlon, its vision of circularity for 2035, told inside the company: AI-generated imagery, design, illustration, animation and motion graphics in a single visual language, for a future of reuse, rental, repair, recycling and collaboration.

An AI tool or a studio that uses AI

Both have their place. If a tool is all you need, we’ll tell you.

How we work

Like any other production, with one extra step: deciding where AI helps and where it doesn’t.

Start with the brief
  1. Step 1: Brief and concept

What needs saying, to whom and where. And whether AI adds anything in this case.

You getA proposal with the concept, plan and quote

  2. Step 2: Art direction

The style of the piece: references, palette and how each scene will look.

You getThe style of the piece, in images

  3. Step 3: Generation and selection

We produce the parts that call for AI and choose shot by shot.

You getA selection of shots to choose from

  4. Step 4: Illustration, animation and post-production

We correct, animate and blend what’s generated with everything else.

You getA first cut to review

  5. Step 5: Delivery

    Sound, versions and formats.

You getThe final video in every format

Frequently asked questions

Can you tell a video was made with AI?

You can when it stops at the first generation: faces that change from shot to shot, odd hands, styles that don’t match. With art direction, careful selection and post-production, AI becomes one more tool in the process, and what you see is the style of the piece. And if the brand wants to say it used AI, that can be done well too.

How is it different from using an AI tool myself?

A tool gives you individual images or clips. A production needs an idea, one consistent style from start to finish, a brand people recognise and a proper finish: animation, editing and sound. That’s where a studio does its work, and it’s what stops the piece looking like everyone else’s.

What kind of pieces is AI right for?

For showing what doesn’t exist yet, like a vision of the future or a product still in development; for worlds and settings that would be very expensive to film or illustrate by hand; and for exploring lots of visual ideas before choosing one. To show real people or a product with precision, filming and 3D still lead.

3D animation

Is it cheaper to make it with AI?

Sometimes, especially for anything that would be expensive to film or illustrate by hand. But AI doesn’t replace the script, the art direction or the post-production, which is where the quality comes from. On every project, we tell you where it saves money and where it doesn’t.

Who owns the rights to a video made with AI?

It has to be checked project by project: it depends on the tools used, their terms of use and which parts are human work. In Spain, where we’re based, copyright law only recognises a natural person as an author, so it matters that the piece contains human creative work. We discuss it at the outset, before producing anything, so you know what you can do with it.

Spanish Intellectual Property Act (BOE, in Spanish)

Do you have to disclose that an ad was made with AI?

It depends on what it shows. From 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act requires a disclosure when AI-generated or manipulated content that looks real is published (so-called deepfakes), with a lighter regime for clearly artistic, creative or fictional works. We review with you how it applies to each piece before it goes out.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50

What do you want to show that doesn’t exist yet?

Tell us the idea, who it’s for and when you need it. We’ll get back to you and set up a time to talk it through properly.
